Mindy Kaling and Craig Ferguson Trade Fitness Secrets (VIDEO)

Mindy Kaling of 'The Office' was on 'The Late Late Show With Craig Ferguson' (weeknights, 12:35AM ET on CBS) and the discussion turned to how good she looked.

"You look really good," Ferguson said. "Really good. I mean really good." The key to Kaling's success: When she turned 30 recently, she decided to exercise and eat right. "My life is like a hell," she said. "Do you have a special diet," Ferguson asked. "I'm so tempted to say that I'm on heroin," Kaling replied.

Then Kaling wisely changed the subject to Ferguson. "What do you do? You look great." she said. "Heroin," came the reply.

Actually, Ferguson gave up late-night meals while watching TV and then farting himself to sleep. "Apparently that's bad for you," he said.
