Chelsea Handler Receives a Very Dirty Love Note From a Guest (VIDEO)

Maroon 5 singer Adam Levine was the guest on the new 'Chelsea Lately' (weeknights, 11PM ET on E!). And for once, a male celebrity guest showed some restraint, and didn't hit on host Chelsea Handler. Instead, Levine read a note from another celebrity ... who was hitting on Chelsea. Excellent! Way to mix things up!

Somehow or other, Adam had obtained the "guest book," which is signed by the people who appear on the talk show. He then decided to read from it. "I have selected something that I'd like to share with the audience," he said. Uh-oh. Brace yourselves.

The note began with these words: "TO CHELSEA LATELY." Adam pointed out that this meant the note's author apparently thought 'Lately' was Chelsea's last name. And the note pretty went much downhill from there. "' ... I really want to f#ck you,'" Adam read. "'So whenever you want some hard, long black #### -- call your boy.'" Aw ... how sensitive! Just what every girl wants to hear.

While Chelsea laughed in horror, Levine also revealed that there were pictures of [CENSORED] drawn next to the message. But what he wouldn't reveal was the actual name of the person who wrote the "love note" to Ms. Handler. ... Who could it be from? Let's just hope that it wasn't from Justin Bieber. Although we wouldn't put it past him. As we've recently learned, Bieber is kind of "the mack," so to speak.
