Usually, Patrick "Dr. McDreamy" Dempsey stays away from all real-life medical practice, he said on 'The Tonight Show' (weeknights, 11:35PM ET on NBC). On planes, when a request is made for a doc, other passengers look at him with expressions of 'Is he gonna get up?' and "you pray to God someone else is there, and usually it's the [real] doctor next to you."The 'Grey's Anatomy' actor said to him, "Why don't you just put the [medical] glue in there instead of the stitching? 'That's a good idea, young man,'" was the doctor's response. "No stitching, no crying ... It was perfect," Dempsey said.
