Maybe Cheryl Burke needs to get her hearing checked.
After hearing from Tom Bergeron that she and partner Rick Fox were in jeopardy on 'Dancing With the Stars,' elimination show, she immediately jumped up and down and hugged him. "You're in jeopardy," Bergeron repeated, until she realized she'd made a mistake.
Burke and Fox weren't among the bottom four scorers, but were they sent packing in Tuesday night's elimination? Or are they going to strut their stuff next week in either the Argentine tango or rumba?
Keep reading to find out which team has danced their last dance for the season.
Fear not, fans of sexy Fox: He and Cheryl aren't going anywhere.
Bristol Palin and Mark Ballas were the other pair facing possible elimination, but in the end, Margaret Cho's rainbow-riffic samba with partner Louis Van Amstel proved to be her last dance.
The sassy comedienne went out smiling: "I thought the judges were really hard on me, but I think you were hard on me because you could see that I am a dancer for real and I thank you for that," she told the judges, who were on their feet to applaud her efforts. "I will take that with me, forever, thank you so much." She also thanked Van Amstel, calling him, "the best teacher and the best partner."
Van Amstel praised Cho, saying, "For her to put her heart out on this dance floor ... to be that vulnerable. I love you and our journey hasn't finished." The duo earned a mere 18 out of 30 from the judges.
Last week's ousted dancer, Michael Bolton, was back as an eleventh-hour fill-in for Susan Boyle. If he was still angry at Bruno Tonioli for his harsh criticism, he kept it to himself. He told Bergeron he was happy to be back. "It was great seeing everybody, all the dancers and the contestants. We all bonded so closely. It was fantastic."
Bolton sang 'Hallelujah,' accompanied by an angelic-looking boys' choir and lots of dry ice. Tonioli was on his feet to applaud the performance, although his smile looked a little forced.
