Kelly Osbourne Dishes About the 'Secret' to Her Incredible Weight LossReality starlet Kelly Osbourne is looking really good these days! For years, Kelly suffered from issues with her weight. But after her time on 'Dancing With the Stars,' Ms. Osbourne dropped 48 pounds. Now, she'll be featured on the cover of 'Shape Magazine' in a bikini -- which is the first time in her life that she's ever worn a bikini. Osbourne reportedly cried after seeing the new photos of herself.

Tonight, Kelly appeared on 'Chelsea Lately' (weeknights, 11PM ET on E!) and discussed the secret behind her weight loss. And the best part was this -- there was no "amazing" or "hidden" secret to her shedding all those pounds. Kelly didn't use any crazy fad diets; she didn't eat only grapefruit or wheatgerm for an entire year or anything like that.

"I wish I had some kind of 'story,' like a 'quick fix' or something to tell you," she said to host Chelsea Handler. So if there is no "quick fix," then how did she do it?

"I just don't eat as much junk," Kelly said. "And I work out for a half an hour a day. That's it." The crowd then applauded and yelled their approval. Incredible! Shocking! Yes, she cut down on junk food and exercised. Honestly, this is the best celebrity diet that we've ever heard of -- in that it's not a gimmick, and it actually makes sense.

Q:How did she lose all the weight?

A: Money, plain and simple :)

We all have to work out and diet but lil rich kids like her (Thanks dad) get to buy their weight loss.
