Michael C. Hall Explains Decision to Hide Cancer from 'Dexter' Cast (VIDEO)

Michael C. Hall recently completed treatment for Hodgkin's lymphoma in March and reports that he's now in remission. His battle with cancer was an intensely personal one that he chose not to share with his 'Dexter' cast mates out of fear that it would derail the filming of season 4, he said on 'The Early Show' (weekdays, 7AM ET on CBS).According to Hall, he was diagnosed with Hodgkin's as the cast was about to wrap up last season. "We were probably two-and-a-half episodes away from finishing the season and everybody is running on fumes at that point," he said. "It was probably a way to just keep it close for a time and just not have the end of the season feel like it was about anything other than our collective desire to make a good show."
