Slightly chubby middle-aged actor Michael Chiklis and hot 'Dancing With the Stars' judge Carrie Ann Inaba are together at last, and they're dancing! We've been waiting such a long time for this moment. "When, oh when, will Michael and Carrie do a sexy 'bump and grind' on national TV?" we've always said. Well, it's all finally happening.

The historic event began with Mr. Chiklis. On 'Jimmy Kimmel Live' (weeknights, 12AM ET on ABC), Michael showed off some dance moves that he learned from his 11-year-old daughter Odessa. His daughter's routine was called "The Butt Dance," and it involved, well, pretty much what you would expect.

"It starts with a grimace," Michael announced, right before the music kicked in. A grimace? That didn't sound so promising. Mike then launched into his daughter's "Butt" routine. Suddenly, Mr. Chiklis was shaking his booty in front of Jimmy Kimmel's desk. NO. IT'S THE UNSEXY BOOTY DANCE OF DOOM. Make it stop, please!

Mercifully, 'DWTS' star Carrie Ann showed up this point. Ms. Inaba did her version of "The Butt Dance" -- and her moves were a lot better. As we watched sexy Carrie Ann sway her hips and gyrate, our feelings of terror began to recede. But then, Mike decided to compete with Carrie Ann. He jiggled his butt right next to hers, while doing his creepy "grimace" thing. The result was ... not so good. To be honest, it was a little frightening. Maybe we never really wanted to see them dance together, after all.
