On 'The Big C' (Mon., 10:30PM ET on SHO), Cathy's lover Lenny is going on a spontaneous trip to the Bahamas to attend a friend's art opening. "I wanta go ... for my birthday, that's what I want to do," says Cathy. "I haven't traveled enough in my 43 years. I'm always talking about vacations I never take. I shop for bathing suits I never buy."

Lenny is all for it, and says he'll pick her up in a couple hours.

After shopping, Cathy comes home to a quiet house, until: "Surprise!" Her family has thrown her a surprise birthday party, with balloons, streamers, party hats and lots of guests.

True to his word, Lenny arrives at the Jamison home. Cathy's husband Paul answers the door. Awk-ward.
