Steven Seagal Aces Target Practice on 'Lawman' (VIDEO)

On 'Steven Seagal: Lawman' (Wed., 10PM ET on AETV), the crew from the Jefferson Parish Sheriff's Office get a little competitive during target practice.

One colleague successfully shoots the "suspect" in the image, but also gets the woman he's holding hostage -- right in the forehead. "My investigation revealed she was in on it," he joked.

The next guy misses the hostage, but his shots to the suspect's head are still too close (for Steven Seagal's comfort) to the captured woman. So Seagal, aka the Reserve Deputy Chief, shows 'em how it's done.
