Craig Ferguson's Robot Sidekick Works 'Red's' Red Carpet (VIDEO)

Robot Geoff Interviews 'Red' Stars at Premiere"Geoff Peterson" can be much more than Craig Ferguson's straight man robot on 'The Late Late Show' (weeknights, 12:37AM ET on CBS). He has red-carpet talent: the ability to catch movie stars off-guard, make them laugh and say things like "I love you" (surely something red-carpet reporters rarely hear from celebrities).

At the 'Red' premiere, Geoff made Richard Dreyfuss ponder this: "Which would you rather -- quail hunting with Dick Cheney or carpooling with Mel Gibson?"

Ferguson had advised John Malkovich to slap Geoff when he visited the red carpet. But after a flimsy tap to his face skull, the two hugged and made up. Sylvester Stallone suggested carbohydrates for Geoff and later remarked to Bruce Willis: "Trouble is, we're gonna end up looking like that one day."

But guess which famous (publicity-shy) actress dissed Geoff?
