The stars are aligning in a big way for Comedy Central.

From Tina Fey to Jeff Garlin, celebrities are uniting for Comedy Central's biennial 'Night of Too Many Stars: An Overbooked Concert for Autism Education' (Thu., Oct. 21, 9PM ET on Comedy Central).

'The Daily Show' host Jon Stewart has once again been tasked with wrangling the stars for the autism benefit.
