Dog the Bounty Hunter: I Will Hunt Down Fugitive Randy Quaid (VIDEO)
Randy Quaid has been in the news lately, as he and his wife Evi have been accused of a series of crimes. In 2009, the couple allegedly failed to pay a $10,000 bill at a hotel. They then skipped their court date. This past September, the Quaids allegedly committed an even weirder crime. The pair broke into a guest house, claiming that they still owned the place -- even though they sold the property in 2007. The Quaids went to prison, were released after posting $50,000 in bail -- then fled, skipping their court date again. Now, an arrest warrant has been issued for them.
So we've got a bizarre story, a fugitive from justice ... there's only one man who can make this right. ... Duane "Dog" Chapman appeared on 'Lopez Tonight' (weeknights, 11PM ET on TBS) and expressed his desire to "go after" the actor.
"I hope Randy Quaid and his wife are watching right now," he said. Dog said he'd give Quaid a chance to turn himself in, but if that didn't happen, then the Chapman family of bounty hunters would go after him. Chapman seemed pretty serious. He also expressed regret that Quaid's life has seemingly gotten so out of hand. "Some kind of 'happening' is happening," he said, adding that his involvement would be an "intervention."
What do you think? Has Randy Quaid gone a bit crazy? And would you put your money on the actor ... or on Dog?
