Wanda Sykes Thinks Her One-Year-Old Daughter Intentionally Got Her Sick for 'Ellen' (VIDEO)

Wanda Sykes, 'The Ellen DeGeneres Show'Wanda Sykes already knows she's going to have her hands full with her one-and-a-half year old daughter, Olivia. The comedian was on 'The Ellen DeGeneres Show' (Weekdays, syndicated), but she wouldn't hug DeGeneres when she came out.

Now that she has kids, Sykes is "all the time," and mainly because when Olivia is sick, "she make sure everybody's sick."

Sykes then told the story of how when she was trying to teach Olivia the importance of covering your mouth when coughing, Olivia had a better idea. "She looked at me and she took her little fingers and opened my mouth and put two hot coughs right in my mouth," Sykes explained. "And then closed my mouth ... And I can just feel the hot baby germs just rushing down my throat and attacking my whole system. I was sick for like two weeks after that."

In other words, you don't mess with Olivia. "We might end up fist-fighting in the backyard when she turns sixteen," Sykes admitted.

Sykes's wife, Alex, is French so Olivia calls her the French term for mother. She's taken to calling Sykes "Mommy," only it sound more like "Mammy" when she does it. "She always waits 'til I'm in the kitchen," Sykes said, before calling her "Mammy."

Maybe it's cosmic kharma or something that Sykes has such a sassy baby. We imagine she was quite a handful for her mother to handle as well when she was younger, too.
