MONDAY, NOVEMBER 1'The Women of SNL' (9PM, NBC)
From the early days with Lorraine Newman, Jane Curtain and, of course, Gilda Radner, to more recent female stars like Rachel Dratch, Amy Poehler and, of course, Tina Fey, the female cast members of 'Saturday Night Live' have always been among the show's greatest stars, and, with the show in its 36th season, the ladies finally get their props in this special. From Newman and the "Land Shark" skit and Radner as Roseanne Rosannadanna to Dratch's Debbie Downer and Fey's 'Weekend Update' reign, the special spans the more than three decades the 'SNL' women have made us laugh, as performers and writers, with interviews with the funny women, behind-the-scenes scoop on some of their most memorable moments and clips. PS - How many of the female cast members made our recent list of the 35 greatest 'SNL' skits of all time? Check it out yourself to find out.
'Chuck' – After having his first fight with Sarah, Chuck goes on a solo mission that leads him to a run-in with his mom's hander (guest star Timothy Dalton) (8PM, NBC)
'Moguls & Movies Stars: A History of Hollywood' – Film historians and the descendants of Hollywood's early pioneers provide interviews for the kick-off of this seven-part series, which, tonight, covers the years 1889-1907, when peepshows were the name of the movie biz game (8PM, TCM) miniseries premiere

TUESDAY, NOVEMBER 2'Kathy Griffin: Whores on Crutches' (10PM, Bravo)
She's back, thank goodness, and she's ready to take on a whole new batch of celeb bad behavior in this special, taped at the Pechanga Resort and Casino in Temecula, California, which, with no offense to the fine Pechanga-ians, just sounds like the sort of venue the queen of the D-list would proudly share her Hollywood observations, doesn't it? We're only sad that the most recent Charlie Sheen scandal had not unfolded before Kathy hit the stage for the special, but no worries: She's got plenty of ammo to dish up on some of our other favorite famous trainwrecks, namely Bristol Palin and her stint on 'Dancing With the Stars.' Kathy's mama, the beloved Maggie Griffin, and her experiences on the Emmy red carpet, are also up for discussion, as is, most deliciously, Kathy's exchanges with 'The View's' resident conservative, Elisabeth Hasselbeck.
'30 for 30: Marion Jones Press Pause' – This installment of the ESPN doc series, directed by John Singleton, covers the rise and fall of top sprinter Jones, who served six months in jail for lying to federal investigators about using performance-enhancing drugs (8PM, ESPN)
'Nova: Trapped in an Elevator' – Yeah, yeah, it may sound kinda boring, but this examination of all things elevator-y includes a cool demonstration of an elevator in freefall, a look at the world's fastest 'vator (in the world's tallest building) and stories from people who were trapped in stuck elevators (8PM, PBS)

WEDNESDAY, NOVEMBER 3'Modern Family' (9PM, ABC)
It's yet another episode in which the cast, crew and writers do what they do best, which is to mix the funny with the sweet. There's some of both when Claire and Haley are sick and stuck in the house together, which ends up providing the perfect opportunity for some mother-daughter bonding. Meanwhile, Jay is stressed when Manny and Gloria decide to pop in and visit him at the office, while Cameron decides to -- without Mitchell's knowledge -- take Lily on an audition for a TV commercial, and gets all caught up in the glitz and glamour of kiddie showbiz.
'The Middle' – Brick's turning nine, and for his birthday, he wants to know the real story behind the day he was born, which has remained a big family secret (8PM, ABC)

'The Will: Family Secrets Revealed' – Some secrets endure until a will is read, and then, as the first episode of the series illustrates, all heck breaks loose, like when Joan Crawford's will revealed she left diddly squat to two of her adopted children, leading to the classic 'Mommie Dearest' memoir (9PM, Discovery ID) series premiere
'Top Chef Just Desserts' – The five remaining cheftestants have to concoct unique desserts for a magazine-sponsored bash (10PM, Bravo)
THURSDAY, NOVEMBER 4'It's Always Sunny in Philadelphia' (10PM, FX)
Whuut?! The gang without Charlie?! It's unthinkable, yet when a blast from the past returns to the fold, that's exactly what Mac, Dennis and the rest of the Paddy's Pub denizens consider. Turns out that that "the gang" used to include one more member -- played by 'Saturday Night Live' guest star (and Charlie Day's 'Going the Distance' and 'Horrible Bosses' co-star) Jason Sudeikis -- and when he re-appears, the guys start thinking that maybe he should not only return to the gang, but that maybe he should replace Charlie! Meanwhile, all the talk about what the gang should be doing in the future has Sweet Dee pondering what she should be doing about impending motherhood and the soon-to-arrive baby Reynolds, whose daddy's identity we still don't know ...

'Real Housewives of Beverly Hills' – Taylor spends $50,000 on a birthday tea party ... for her 4-year-old (10PM, Bravo)
FRIDAY, NOVEMBER 5'Supernanny' (8PM, ABC) season 7 premiere
As long as there are troubled kiddies, Supernanny Jo Frost will always have a job, so, obviously, she may be the only human on the planet with job security. Tonight, she heads off to straighten out the Atkinsons in Illinois. Husband and wife John and Jennifer thought they could blend their existing families a la 'The Brady Bunch,' but when their children from previous marriages and their joint offspring mixed, the results were anything but sitcom-y. Particularly troublesome is Jennifer's relationship with her oldest daughter, 14-year-old Amanda, who's so angry with her mom that she tells her she wishes she was dead! Jo's got her work cut out for her with this one, as she determines that the fam's biggest problem is that John and Jennifer are too lenient, and seem to have different rules for each kid.

'Benson Interruption' – The hilarious Doug Benson, who's one of the faces we most miss sent 'Best Week Ever' was canceled, brings his interruption live act to the tube, where he, as the title suggests, interrupts other peoples' performances. Why? Because, as the network says, the show isn't called 'Benson Sits Quietly and Doesn't Bother Anyone' (11:59PM, Comedy Central)
SATURDAY AND SUNDAY, NOVEMBER 6-7'Great Migrations' (Sun., 8PM, NGC) miniseries premiere
Add this to the list of truly spectacular nature documentary miniseries, and we'd say that even if Alec Baldwin wasn't narrating it. The seven-part special follows animal migrations across all seven continents, beginning, in tonight's opener, with the red crabs of Christmas Island, who travel, as a group, from interior forests to beaches, where they get all romantic and then lay their eggs. The rest of the series will include everything from monarch butterflies and sperm whales to zebras and orangutans, and each installment is packed with beautiful imagery (some captured with technology and techniques invented just for this series), fierce chases and dramatic, action-packed scenes of animal survival.
