Spoilers Anonymous In-Depth: 'CSI,' 'CSI: Miami,' 'CSI: New York'

CSI spoilersThis is Spoilers Anonymous In-Depth, a weekly column here at TV Squad where we discuss and give our two cents about recently released spoilers and how they may affect the storylines, shows and fans.

This in-depth version of the column goes hand in hand with our weekly spoilers column, in which we supply you with the dirt on some of the more popular shows on the air.

This week, we discuss spoilers recently released for the upcoming episodes of 'CSI,' 'CSI: New York,' and 'CSI: Miami.'

Procedural shows, such as the 'CSI' editions, mostly focus on the case of the week and have little character development. And when there is character development, these three series are usually rather well-guarded so very few spoilers leak on the web. This means that the juicy spoilers fans are looking for are quite rare. (Which is why you might find the following 'CSI' spoilers a tiny bit dry.)

'CSI: New York' – One of the lead suspects in a series of sniper shootings turns out to be a former kidnap victim Mac rescued after weeks of searching.

This could turn out to be a poignant and dramatic episode if Mac believes he may be part at fault for the former kidnap victim potentially becoming a sniper. Will Mac spend sleepless nights thinking that if he had found the kidnap victim sooner -- remember he spent weeks searching for the victim -- that maybe the sniper shootings would have never happened? Is there cause and effect here? You can bet that Mac will be all messed up and torn up inside about this.

'CSI' – Actress Katee Sackhoff returns as Detective Frankie Reed on Nov. 11. In the episode, the team investigates the murder of two men who died right before exposing a natural gas company for poisoning residents.

Katee Sackhoff! Need I say more?! We've seen this type of storyline -- big companies being sued for potentially poisoning or causing illness -- over and over again in movies and TV series, but with a 'CSI' twist, it can be quite entertaining. And, let's face it, we will be glued to our TV in the hopes that the little people win against the big bad company.

'CSI: Miami' – The team investigates the death of a reality TV star.

Not much of a spoiler, eh? That's basically the juiciest spoiler around about the upcoming episodes of 'CSI: Miami'! Dear show powers that be, if you are reading this, your fans demand more spoilers, especially character-oriented spoilers. That said, 'CSI: Miami' is staying current with deadline with reality TV. It wouldn't surprise me if the reality star is from a show similar to 'Jersey Shore' as it's the talk of the town nowadays and even 'Bones' did an episode about it recently.

What do you think of these spoilers? Would you like if the 'CSIs' gave us more character spoilers? Or you don't care about the characters and watch these shows only for the compelling cases of the week? Share your two cents in comments below.

I was not impressed with Katee Sackhoff on CSI, so here's hoping she disappears quickly.
I want a good story more than a special guest star of the week...
Actually, the only CSI personal story I want to hear about is: Where is Grissom? And why doesn't he call Sara? Come on, writers, drop us a bone!!
