Rhona Mitra is an English-born actress, model and singer. Naturally, her career requires her to travel all over the world. And Rhona acquired Oscar, her seven-year-old French bulldog, specifically because the breed was supposed to be good with traveling. But after a trip to South Africa, things started to go bad.

In South Africa, a pit bull attacked Oscar on the beach; the rival animal pinned him down and drew blood. Now, Oscar is nervous around other dogs -- but this caution expresses itself in the form of violence.

Mitra is afraid that Oscar will escape from her yard and start a fight in her "pit bull central" neighborhood of Venice, California. So on 'Dog Whisperer' (Sun., 7PM ET on Nat Geo), the actress turns to Cesar Millan for help.

Rhona feels that her tiny dog has a bit of a "Napoleon" complex. Like the famous leader, Oscar is French, short in stature, and unafraid of starting fights. But Oscar is tangling with animals that are much larger than he is. Will Cesar be able to tame Oscar's aggression? ... Or will this be Oscar's "Waterloo"?
