Jon Stewart Interviews Harrison Ford -- But Didn't Bother to See His FilmDeep down, we get that talk shows aren't 100 percent really real. After all, the shows' hosts have a new guest sitting next to them every night. And all of these guests are promoting a movie ... or a book ... or a play ... or another TV program.

Following a brief chat, the host always says that the movie (or whatever) is "amazing" or "awesome." But come on. This can't always be the truth, right?

... Right. On the 'Daily Show' (weeknights, 11PM ET on Comedy Central), guest Harrison Ford confronted Jon Stewart about one of the polite fictions of the business. Ford showed up to discuss his new film 'Morning Glory.' But then it was gradually revealed that Stewart hadn't actually -- y'know -- seen the film. Whoops.

Ford was just kidding around. But he had fun messing with Stewart -- and the actor never dropped his grim, poker-faced look of outrage. After Jon admitted to not watching 'Morning Glory,' Ford said this: "Well, what are we gonna talk about?" Good question! Stewart mock-nervously scratched his head and slunk lower in his chair.

The host promised that he was totally "gonna" see the film. He stalled for a little longer, then asked this: " ... How is the movie?"

Ford waited for a seemingly endless amount of time before answering the question. He waited ...

Then waited ...

Then waited some more ...

Finally, the actor broke the silence: "It's f*cking brilliant," he said.
