Chris Matthews Still Thinks Michelle Bachmann is Under Hypnosis (VIDEO)

by Jeremy Taylor, posted Nov 24th 2010 4:05PM
Chris Matthews began pushing the theory that outspoken Republican Minnesota Congresswoman Michelle Bachmann could be under some sort of hypnosis after the two of them sparred on election night.

On 'Hardball' (Weekdays, 5 PM ET on MSNBC) Tuesday, Matthews picked up on this again, after playing a clip of Bachmann defending her comments that Barack Obama is anti-American.

"Look at her eye contact," Matthews said, after the clip was over. "I asked, when we had her on election night, if she's under hypnosis. She doesn't answer the questions, she looks straight ahead in a Zombie-like manner, like she's waiting for somebody to flash a card, like in 'The Manchurian Candidate.'

"This kind of bizzaro behavior," Matthews continued. "When you come off as Moonie-like, if you will."

Hypnosis, zombie-like, Manchurian candidate, bizzaro, Moonie-like. Maybe some day Matthews will tell us how he really feels about Bachmann.

Chris Mathews is the most perfect and shining example of the dementia that has taken over liberals. You could not convince him that the Jim Jones massacre was wrong unless you told him Jim Jones was a Republican. Then he would spend the next 20 years railing against koolaid probably being a conservative drink rather than the fact a lunatic had poisoned it. That's how utterly stupid this man has become. No one with an ounce of intelligence takes this man seriously. He's just a liberal hack that has a shock effect spot to spew his hatred to the world. I would bet that even the heads of his network laugh their collective asses off at how obnoxiously idiotic he is, but he gets like minded dementia to watch their commercials. That's what he's there for!

We have all watched Chris Mathews evolve from a TV News show host into a cartoon character. The old Saturday night live satirical exaggerations of Chris Mathews have been usurped by a more bazaar real version. Chris doesnt wait for answers when interviewing, he simple asks the question, answers it, and dares the guest to contradict his sagacity. His political proclivity is even more predictable then his demeanor. My three suggestions for MSNBC would be:

1. Change the title of the Chris Mathews show to Oddball.
2. Dress Chris in a Clown outfit with a mock base ball bat to hit the guests when they try to respond to his question/answer monologues.
3. Bring back some talking puppets from the Sesame Street show for more serious interludes.
