Elton John Calls Lady Gaga His 'Bastard Daughter' on 'Regis and Kelly' (VIDEO)

While Elton John discusses a duet with Lady Gaga that will appear in the upcoming animated feature 'Gnomeo and Juliet,' Kelly Ripa points out he's had an obvious influence on the songstress on 'Live With Regis and Kelly' (weekdays, syndicated). John agrees, and even refers to Gaga as his "bastard daughter.'

"She is, kind of, like the bastard daughter of Elton John," he admitted. "If I had a daughter, it would be Gaga ... She's great. She's been influenced by so many people. I mean, not just me. [David] Bowie you can see."
