Senator Claire McCaskill on START Treaty Debate: Republicans Need To Stop 'Hiding Behind the Skirts of John Kyl' (VIDEO)

Appearing on 'Fox News Sunday' (Sunday 9:30 AM ET on Fox) , Missouri Senator Claire McCaskill used some interesting language while blasting Senate republicans for dragging their heals on the ratification of the START Treaty with Russia, a bilateral agreement to draw down each country's nuclear arsenal.

"Instead of playing politics and hiding behind the skirts of (Arizona senator) John Kyl, I hope the Republicans look at (Indiana Senator) Richard Lugar, the ranking member of the Foreign Relations Committee, who has said, unequivocally we need to do this START treaty."

And with that, McCaskill has surged ahead of Sharon "Man Up" Angle for the most boldly emasculating insult of the year, female politician category.
