Zachary Levi of 'Chuck' demonstrates a device that removes corn from the cob during a segment of "Stump the Rach" on 'The Rachael Ray Show' (weekdays, syndicated). Levi works the kitchen gadget suggestively and actually causes Rachael Ray to shield her eyes.

But Levi attacks the corn cob with too much vigor and breaks it before he can finish. "That's a nightmare experience, right there," he said.

"I've never seen a fella work an ear of corn quite like that," admitted Ray.

"And hopefully you never will again," Levi replied.
