'Giuliana & Bill' Fight Over Her 13-Year-Old Niece's Modeling Career: Giuliana Brings In Some HelpIs it fair to hand down your own dreams to the next generation? That's the question on the new 'Giuliana & Bill' (Mon., 8PM ET on Style). On the episode, Giuliana fights with husband Bill Rancic. The issue: Whether her 13-year-old niece Olivia should be allowed to model. Bill is definitely against it: "She's a 13-year-old innocent little girl and you're going to turn her over to the wolves."

Giuliana argues that she can open doors for Olivia in the fashion world -- doors that were closed to her when she tried to become a model. But in Bill's eyes, his wife has just pinpointed the exact problem. "Just because it was your dream to become a model," he says, "doesn't necessarily mean you have to pass it on to your niece."

Since this is a reality show, the theory is that anything can be solved by adding another realty star to the mix. Thus, Giuliana has 'America's Next Top Model' fashion expert Jay Manuel come to the house, so that he can speak with Olivia. (Or maybe she did this because Jay also works for the E! Network, meaning that he's an easily-accessible fellow employee.)

Still, as Manuel talks with them, Giuliana starts to dominate the conversation -- while Olivia stays quiet, and keeps grinning awkwardly. ... Which lends credence to the idea that this is about the older woman, and not about her niece. What do you think? Is Giuliana acting badly, or is she displaying -- ahem -- "model behavior"? Is thirteen too young for a girl to start a fashion career?
