At first, Rachel Uchitel, alleged mistress of Tiger Woods, said she was opposed to the idea of starring on 'Celebrity Rehab With Dr. Drew.' But, she ultimately realized she needed help and decided to appear on the reality show, she said on 'The Early Show' (weekdays, 7AM ET on CBS).

"There was no way that I wanted to do 'Celebrity Rehab.' I didn't consider myself an addict. I didn't consider myself an actress. I didn't consider myself a celebrity. And I just had no interest in doing a show like that," Uchitel said.

Uchitel said she eventually came to the realization she needed rehab, even if she wasn't clear why. "And then, after doing a lot of soul searching, I knew that I needed help," she said. "I didn't know what I needed help for, but I knew that Dr. Drew could help me."
