Jay Mohr Tries on Some Adult Diapers (VIDEO)

by Oliver Miller, posted Dec 2nd 2010 2:30AM
Jay Mohr Tries on Some Adult DiapersActor and comic Jay Mohr is a believer in the "learn by doing" method. So when Jay was having problems getting his baby son out of diapers, he took direct action -- which involved trying on diapers himself.

Mr. Mohr tried to explain his actions to Jay Leno on 'The Tonight Show' (weeknights, 11:35PM ET on NBC). He and his wife were having trouble toilet-training his kid; so, that part we follow. "We kept lowering him into the toilet, and he'd put his knees up around his ears ... and he'd scream -- and I realized, I'm scarring this child."

Okay, it all makes sense so far. But what led to the inexplicable next step, wherein the 40-year-old Mohr put on an "incontinence pad" of his own?

Well, Mohr couldn't understand why a kid wouldn't want to get out of diapers: "It can't feel good." That makes sense too. (Though, if we could break in for a second, if you're truly, truly lazy, diapers are more "convenient.") In order to understand the deeper mysteries of the whole process, Jay went to the store with his wife, and purchased some "Depends" brand "disposable briefs."

Then, the couple came home, tried on their adult diapers, and put their clothes on over them. Which is when his wife announced that she had started peeing in them. Hopefully, she was kidding. She's married to a comedian, so chances are good that she was kidding. ... Right?

My first son potty trained easily, but my second told me "that's what my diapers are for". So, next day, NO DIAPERS, and when he didn't use the toilet, he had to clean his underwear in the tub before he put it in the laundry. ONly took a week after we started that.

I'll admit I don't watch either Jay or Dave in the evening. The only time I see them is on snippets like this. However, it is so obvious that Jay knew exactly where Jay (Mohr) was going with this. Leno can't even act spontaneous and the few words he does say betray the fact that while it may not be a rehearsed bit, he certainly isn't surprised.
Both he and Dave should go back and watch the old Johnny Carson shows. Maybe they could see how to run a late-night show and keep the audience. Believe it or not, we don't have to have bathroom humor to be entertained (the same reason I won't watch "Curb Your Enthusiasm!"

Even as adult have needed the diaper or what ever. If you have any colon problems, you may find your self watching where the closest restroom is or may at time loose it into a pair of pants, then have to find a way of cleaning up.
Then with prostate problems we sometime have a problem staying dry. Went through that after a prostate cancer operation.
Again after these experience I can see that a kid would want to get out of the diaper as fast as possible.
However in other countries the kids were diapers with no seat and just drop it any where.

I'm 67 and still haven't been potty trained. I just crap on the carpet when the need arises.
