On 'Today,' (weekdays, 7AM ET on NBC), Justin Long makes several gaffes while filling in for Hoda Kotb. In particular, he uses a profanity and makes a drug reference that aren't especially well received.Long tells Kathie Lee Gifford a story about serving as line monitor in elementary school. In the process, he asks whether he can use a certain questionable word in his story, and a bleep follows several seconds too late to make a difference.
Later, Gifford explains different booze-themed names that she and Kotb use for each day of the week, and Long blurts out a suggestion of his own. "And Saturday is 'Methday,'" he said. "Crystal meth."
