Mario Lopez Shows Off His New Baby Girl, Discusses His Own 'No-Neck' Childhood (VIDEO)

Actor Mario Lopez has a new baby girl! Gia Francesca Lopez weighed in at six pounds, four ounces when she was born, and the proud new father went through his family photo album on 'Lopez Tonight' (weeknights, 12AM ET on TBS). He brought the pictures, but George Lopez was in charge of the selection -- and the host might not have gone with the ideal images.

Little Gia was up first. Mario asked which photo it was -- then laughed and pointed at the screen: "Ohhh! She's naked right there!" And indeed, Gia had no clothes on, and was plunked in the middle of a bathtub. Luckily, much to her dad's relief, she was primly covering herself with her hands. But then, George moved on to a baby picture of Mario himself. "Oh no!" the actor said.

The photo revealed that Mario was a lot ... plumper as a baby than his daughter is. Mario pointed out that he had no neck whatsoever in the picture -- it was hidden beneath a layer of pudge -- and he added this comment: "My mom said I was so fat that my arms were like chorizo."

Hilariously, Mario was naked in his baby photo too. (Are there any clothed Lopez family shots?) But like his daughter, the young actor-to-be had mastered the art of blocking his private parts from view. The Lopezes are just good in front of the camera, we guess. And hey, maybe Gia Francesca will grow up and have an acting career too. Or maybe she'll even be a dancer ... just like her dad.
