Giuliana Rancic Looks Back on Decision to Announce Her Miscarriage on E! Entertainment News (VIDEO)

Six months ago, Giuliana Rancic suffered a miscarriage. The E! News anchor spent over a year attempting to become pregnant, then underwent in vitro fertilization. After the IVF process, Guiliana became pregnant, but had a miscarriage eight weeks later.

Giuliana announced her miscarriage after the fact, using her hosting position on the E! Network. On 'Giuliana & Bill' (Mon., 8PM ET on Style), she recounts this decision. She brought up the topic on national cable TV so that "it would be done" -- and so she could move forward and not discuss it again. "It was one of the hardest things I've ever had to do," she added.
