On the second-season premiere of 'Men of a Certain Age' (Tue., 10PM ET on TNT), Owen attempts to reign over a staff meeting at the dealership, with mixed results.

Marcus, a prize car salesman, gets a phone call and leaves the meeting to take it. Another employee starts texting. Owen tells him, "You put that damn thing away before you're fired." The suddenly hard-ass boss explains the favoritism this way: "You got 30 sales? Because last time I checked, he does 30 sales a month."

Terry watches from the back row, smirking. Owen turns to his friend, points at him and demands, "Lose the bike." Terry's grin disappears.
