Donny Deutsch is Hypnotized By Niecy Nash's Chest on 'Rachael Ray' (VIDEO)

On 'The Rachael Ray Show' (weekdays, syndicated), Donny Deutsch is hypnotized by Niecy Nash's cleavage. Deutsch makes several attempts to stop staring, but, inevitably, he's drawn back to the actress' chest.

"You two look beautiful," Deutsch said, complimenting Rachael Ray and Nash, while his eyes drifted downward.

"My eyes are up here, Donny," said Nash.

But Deutsch is unapologetic. "I believe if a woman is going to show cleavage like that, a man is allowed to look," he said.
