Hugh Jackman Injured Zip Lining from the Sydney Opera House to 'Oprah' Set (VIDEO)

There's a reason actors and actresses use stunt men while filming movies: their faces are their money-makers. Hugh Jackman may want to consider hiring one to use for talk-show appearances as well, after a mishap filming an upcoming episode of 'The Oprah Winfrey Show' in Australia. As reported by 'The Early Show' (Weekdays, 7AM on CBS), Jackman was performing a zip line stunt from the top of the Sydney Opera House to the Australian set of Winfrey's show. However, he failed to brake quickly enough and wound up hitting some scaffolding up near the lights.
"The actor suffered an injury near his eye," 'The Early Show' reported, before adding, "That's his face." Luckily, though, the injury was minor and Jackman was even able to make his scheduled appearance on Winfrey's show; the only evidence of his dangerous descent a small bandage near the corner of one eye.
It's a moment that could have been much worse for the actor and his career. Which is why we say you're better off safe than sorry. We even use stunt doubles to type up these articles, to minimize our risk of catastrophic finger injuries.
