'Skating With the Stars': Johnny Weir Feuds With Bethenny Frankel: 'I Don't Care to Watch You' (VIDEO)

'Skating With the Stars': Johnny Weir Feuds With Bethenny Frankel: 'I Don't Care to Watch You'Bethenny Frankel is skating on thin ice on 'Skating With the Stars' (Mon., 8PM ET on ABC). Previously, the former 'Real Housewife' feuded with the judges, and was nearly eliminated several times. Her response to this? Frankel said that she's simply having a good time on the show: "I don't care if they give me zeros."

But on tonight's episode, judge Johnny Weir got into an argument with Bethenny after her routine. The reality starlet gave a stiff performance, skating awkwardly to 'Superstition' by Stevie Wonder. When she was done, Weir said that he didn't want to see her skate again.

"To me it's very clear. You don't care what we think; and I don't care to watch you perform anymore," the judge said.

As Weir spoke, audience members started to boo. Ethan Burgess, Frankel's partner, looked annoyed with the judge. "We'll just get our scores then!" he snapped. Bethenny got a 38 -- a much lower score than the other two remaining contestants. Skier Jonny Moseley and actress Rebecca Budig scored 54 and 53, respectively. ... But then, in an added ironic twist, Bethenny stayed on the show! Actor Brandon Mychal Smith was the one who left, even though he didn't perform tonight.

Smith missed last week's episode with a virus, then announced tonight that he was leaving the series, as he wasn't strong enough to compete. "I've had a great time," Brandon said. Well, Brandon may have had a blast -- but it didn't look like Bethenny was enjoying her time on tonight's show. Still, she'll return next week, though it seems likely she'll be eliminated then. As Stevie Wonder might say: the "writing's on the wall."

It was previously rumored that Bethenny had a backstage argument with Johnny Weir, so this may not have been their first conflict. What did you think of Weir's comments tonight? Is Bethenny not trying hard enough? Or it is more important that she's just having fun out there on the ice?

I cannot believe Johnny Weir was allowed to remain a judge after being so rude to Bethenny Frankel! I think he totally misunderstood what Bethenny meant by her comments. She knows she isn't a great skater and was there having fun and enjoying however long she was voted to stay. Weir is ridiculous to expect such perfection from a non-skater. And, my goodness, her baby is only seven months old!

Bethenny is the one who has been insulting the judges from the beginning. The SECOND week she said "Fuck Johnny Weir" in rehearsal, the third she said she would go through Laurie Ann with a blade. At least the judges haven't been crude and violent with their criticsm, and let's not forget, she basically said that she didn't care abut skating in the very first week. Considering that two of her judges and one host have devoted their lives to skating (not to mention the professionals she works with), I'd say that was a pretty bad move. She's disrespectful, catty, and attention-seeking. Rebecca and Johnny are so much more deserving.

Please, Bethenny is such a crybaby and so are her fans. Dick Button tells Bethenny to bend her knees and she makes a sour puss face at him. Hello? Bend your knees is the first thing taught in figure skating, yet Bethenny does as Bethenny wants. Johnny Weir offers the same constructive criticism a coach gives a first year student and her response is she wants to shove a skate up his a**? Bethenny can dish it out but can't take it, grow up Bethenny and remember, you chose to do the show, no one forced you.

It's basically a rip off of dancing with the stars, with skating. They weren't even original with the name. The cast (not the celebs or pros), but the hosts and judges are a joke. The female host's voice is kind of annoying and she's forgettable, the male host, Vernon, is immature and quite frankly creepy sometimes. The three judges are the worst though. None of them seem to know that much about judging and they are all highly immature, especially Weir. Bethenny's performances haven't been that bad and she is the only reason I started watching this. I hope you win Bethenny, but I can't stand to watch this garbage show any longer. If you want a season 2, change your core cast, otherwise you'll be iced.

ABC is airing Skating With the Stars currently. Fox aired Skating With Celebrities in 2006, so it was not a first season of this show. Lloyd Eisler and Kristy Swanson are now married. She was Buffy in the original movie, not the TV show.

I haven't been watching, so it's probably not fair for me to comment on this clip that I watched out of context, but I didn't like seeing Johnny Weir acting less like a judge and more like a school kid. I've never loved his skating, but I respected his art and his choices. There's no need to call him childish names. Carry on.

He's a nutcase. Off the show, and back in the closet would be a good thing!

Bethenny simply doesn't skate. She kept getting the same advice week after week, because week after week she refused to do anything about improving, refused to listen to the very clear, concrete, helpful advice given to her by the judges.
Every week she's insulted the judges and the sport. She whines and whines. If life is so hard for her what the heck is she doing the show anyway? If she thinks figure skating is idiotic and, as she said repeteadly, she doesn't care about what the judges say, why doesn't she stay home? There are rinks in NY, she can go and "skate" there for fun.
Not only her fans have been insulting the judges, she's encouraged them and did some of her own.
Weir had way too much patience, now he snapped, and no matter how Bethenny worshippers want to spin it, he was right. Every week he was right about her skating, because that's the only thing he's talked about her (see? Bethenny and fans, made personal attacks, Weir didn't). Weir was right in his critique after every one of her performances, the scores she got have been generous compared to those of the people who are actually making progress and skating better every week. And Weir was right in telling her what many watching the show have been wondering, if she doesn't care, what should we?
I wouldn't be surprised if she won, she's played the poor victim card with the hardcore deluded fans and they might vote her to the win. Well, the joke is on them anyway.

The only good thing about the show is watching Bethenny, she is beloved. Once Bethenny goes, there goes the show!
