And 'The Biggest Loser' Winner 2010 Is ... (VIDEO)

'The Biggest Loser' Season 10 Finale -- And the Winner Is ...Well, it's been a long road on 'The Biggest Loser' (Tue., 9PM ET on NBC). But the season came to an end tonight when one winner was crowned. Four contestants remained: Ada, Elizabeth, Frado and Patrick. Only one of them could take home the $250,000 grand prize.

"This is it," host Alison Sweeney said. "We are all down to this final weigh-in." And so, your winner of 'The Biggest Loser,' Season 10 was ...

... Patrick House! The 28-year-old father of two lost 181 pounds, a whopping 45.25 percent of his starting body weight. Confetti fell from the ceiling, as his family members in the audience embraced. Patrick started the show at 400 pounds and he leaves weighing 219 -- and with a quarter of a million dollars lining his pockets. He beat out Alfrado "Frado" Dinten, who came in second after losing 162 pounds.

Ada Wong came in third, losing 99 pounds. Elizabeth Ruiz lost 77 pounds and was eliminated by the viewers before the final weigh-in. Meanwhile, back at his house in New Jersey, bartender and recruiter Mark Pinkhasovich won the $100,000 "stay-at-home" prize. Though he was eliminated just before the finale, Mark dropped 213 pounds -- over half of his original starting weight.

Patrick is currently a stay-at-home kind of guy himself. He's an unemployed former salesman who lives in Vicksburg, Mississippi. "2010 was a rough year for me," he told Alison Sweeney. "Winning this gives me freedom." But Patrick may not be a stay-at-home dad for much longer. He's been offered a job at the Mindstream Academy in South Carolina, a school that specializes in helping overweight teens.

Congrats to Patrick, and congratulations to all the other players! 'The Biggest Loser' returns on Jan. 4, and the theme for the next season is "Couples."

I was not happy that Patrick won, he was a game player & played on everyone's sympathies. He is not the only one in the world that is out of work. Also voted out his friends. I just hope he does the right thing & gives Ada back the car SHE win. I doubt!!!!!

I truly disliked Patrick, he was a game player, disloyal to those who stood up for him. Frankly I would have preferred Mark to win #1.

One of the best seasons ever! It was a real pleasure to watch a season where all of the contestants genuinely cared about each other. It proves nice people can win without a lot of conflict and game playing.

Well, thanks for ruining that one. Way to put that on the main page as I scrolled through.
