Geraldo Rivera Shows Off Self-Done Tattoo on 'Wendy Williams' (VIDEO)

by Donald Deane, posted Dec 16th 2010 1:15PM
On 'The Wendy Williams Show' (weekdays, syndicated), Geraldo Rivera showed off his Star of David tattoo, a self-done inking he gave himself at 16-years-old that was meant to commemorate his Jewish heritage.

"My dad's Puerto Rican-Catholic. My mom's Jewish. And everybody had the crosses there ... all the tough guys," Rivera said, explaining the small tattoo on his left hand. "I put a Jewish star with India ink and a pen."

And yet, despite having a tattoo himself, or perhaps because of it, Rivera forbid his daughters from doing the same. "I told my daughters no tattoos," he laughed.
