Usher Gets Kicked in the Face by Fan While Performing (VIDEO)

Warning: Being an ultra-smooth R&B superstar can sometimes be hazardous to your health. 'Good Morning America' plays amateur video of Usher taking a stiletto boot heel to the face while performing at Madison Square Garden.

Usher is serenading a fan with his song 'Trading Places' when the woman attempts to swing her leg over the singer's head. Instead, she hits him squarely in the face. The woman then apologizes profusely and dabs at Usher's face with an article of clothing.

Usher sustained no serious injury, however, and even joked afterward that he "got a kick out of it."
