'The Real Housewives of Atlanta' Season 3, Episode 12 Recap

['The Real Housewives of Atlanta' - 'Not So Fine Print']Cynthia from 'The Real Housewives of Atlanta'

'You have a friendship contract and you're getting married with dinosaurs. It's something wrong with Cynthia.' - NeNe

Things that were surprising, even at the end of the season:

1. Kim's face without makeup
2. Phaedra's supposedly copious database of Miami-based male strippers
3. Cynthia's plans to get married beneath a T-Rex and brontosaurus

Par for the course: The argument at the spa, especially centering around baby due date-gate. Yet, really, why did it all land on Kim's shoulders? Everyone else, including NeNe, wouldn't dare to open their mouths, even after they'd been talking trash for weeks. But Kim knew why Phaedra came at her specifically, so at least she wasn't totally at a loss.

NeNe was right on the money when she said Phaedra would pretty much never explain the reality of her due date, at least at this point. As she assumed the role of a talent booker/reporter, NeNe was pretty hilarious, especially when she realized her bosses expected her to beg the likes of Jay-Z and Oprah for sit-downs.

Kim did harp on a little too much about the whole "friendship contract" thing. Her comments, and the fact that NeNe showed her the text, must have made Cynthia wish she never printed out the thing in the first place. Everyone appeared to have seen, or at least heard about, it by the time they got to the spa. It must be pretty hard to shake the creeper/stalker label once it's even been hinted at.

Who else wants Shereé as their fairy godmother of furniture? What a nice mommy. Then again, could you really see her allowing Tierra to purchase some self-assembly number from Target or Ikea? Very un-She By Shereé.

This looming tour bus scenario is getting more scary as the date approaches. At least Kim's shoe stylist (?!) is on-point. Kandi's emotional stresses will not be allayed by any preparedness on Kim's part (besides her new collection of cleavage-centric dresses), especially if she's too tired before the thing has even started. If the footage is any indicaiton, she's more worried about a wardrobe malfunction (yet not doing much in the way of covering up) than the choreography or singing.

It's still a joy to watch Kandi record, even if being so expressive leaves her spent and gets her thinking about A.J. What a belter.

'The Real Housewives of Atlanta' airs Sundays, 10 PM ET on Bravo.
