ITS WEIRD THE DIRECTION THEY TOOK WITH THE STORY.

It's not really about the undead,it's more or less a rat race between humans.The desire to survive by all and ANY means necessary even if we have to kill our fellow human. See how easily the survivors turn on themselves when ish hits the fan,the zombies are just canon fodder-we humans are just naturally wired to trip other humans when chased by Zombies period!! This show rocks....by the way y'all should check UK's DEADSET

Which means that I have this weird compulsion to watch them; it's kind of like riding the worst roller-coasters.
I really enjoy the series. It would be fun to see some of the 'great' zombie-creators do directorial cameo episodes, but even if they don't, it is a well-done program.
"Reality" and stupidity that's what most of the viewing public wants, what they need is a swift kick in the ass and some education.

Doesn't this remind you of JERICHO???? Why did they cancel JERICHO after the fans sent all those peanuts and got a season-2???? Morons put it against AMERICAN IDOL!!!! Sigh...I SOOOOO wish TPTB would re-air JERICHO and PUT JERICHO BACK INTO PRODUCTION!!!!

The second season (thank goodness for at least that) was so rushed to conclude the dilemmas, that the writers lost their edge. I'm grateful the network (for once) listened to the viewers, but I sure miss Jericho right along with you.
