Andy Cohen and Friends Ring in the New Year on a 'Watch What Happens Live' Special (VIDEO)

Bravo rang in their own new year's celebration with a special edition of 'What What Happens Live: Andy's New Year's Party' (Fri., 10:30PM on BRAVO). It didn't have the lavish production of ABC and NBC, or even the likes of CNN and MTV, but it did feature Andy Cohen dancing it up, and getting that requisite kiss at the dawning of the new year.

They even had a ball, of sorts, to drop at the precipitous moment. Hanging from strings, the feathered object looked like something a Mardi Gras parade float might throw up, but it was somehow quaint and charming at the same time. It even had to be turned as it kept spinning so the "2011" on top was reading backwards.

If the budget didn't allow for much more than a ball on a wire, we weren't likely to see any A-list musical acts either.

Luckily, the network has its own talent pool to pull from, and that's just what they did as Kim Zolciak of the 'Real Housewives of Atlanta' was more than glad to join the party and break out her dance single, "Tardy for the Party."

It may not have been a lavish or expensive party, but it was clearly a fun party. And at the end of the year, that's what really matters, isn't it?
