Congressman Allen West: Obama's 'Liberal Progressive Agenda' Is 'Antithesis' to U.S. (VIDEO)

As a Tea Party-backed candidate for congress, Allen West made a name for himself by using strong language to rail against the Obama administration.

The Florida republican won his race, and during an appearance on 'Fox News Sunday' (Sunday 9AM ET on Fox) he told host Chris Wallace that he wasn't going to back away one bit from his previous statements that the current government is "tyrannical," "socialist" and "despicable."

"I think it is," West doubled down. "When you look at the nationalization of so much of our production. Being the automobile industry being the health care industry. ... When you look at the fact that we are creating more victims, and making people more dependent on the government."

"We're going in the wrong direction, and I think that the liberal progressive agenda is not the thing that American people want and is the antithesis to who we are."

We have to warn West that if he keeps up with the over-the-top rhetoric, he's going to increasingly find himself on television.
