Nicolas Cage Can't Explain Why His Hair Gets So Much Attention (VIDEO)

While discussing his upcoming movie 'Season of the Witch' on 'Good Morning America' (weekdays, 7AM ET on ABC), Nicolas Cage gives a bit of insight into the many different hairstyles he's adopted for his various roles.

"I do believe that, because I make so many movies, I like the idea of giving the audience something else, a new look to keep it eclectic," Cage said.

But the actor couldn't explain why so much attention is paid to his ever-changing coif. "For me, it just gives it something," he said. "I might add I'm not the only actor in Hollywood that does that. But, for some reason, it's more fun with me. I enjoy it. I like to play dress-up when I'm working."
