On 'The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills' (Thu., 10PM ET on BRAVO), Lisa VanderPump and her husband Ken Todd hold a birthday party for their daughter Pandora. She's been dating Jason for four years, and it is Lisa's hope that "now is the time for them to commit to each other."

During the dinner, Jason approaches his girlfriend and gives a romantic monologue that concludes, "I would love to spend the rest of my life with you."

"Is that a proposal?!" asks Lisa. "I need to be definitive here!" Jason smirks and says, "Soon it comes," while Pandora observes, "If it was a proposal, there would be a ring." Good point.

"Jason, he's done this quite a few times: He makes this amazing proclamation of his love," explains Pandora. "I think he likes to wind [my parents] up, which I think is quite amusing." Well, at least she's in on the joke.
