Seth Rogen Climbs Aboard a Shaky Stationary Bike on 'Today' (VIDEO)

by Donald Deane, posted Jan 7th 2011 12:45PM
On the fourth hour of 'Today' (weekdays, 7AM ET on NBC), Kathie Lee Gifford and Hoda Kotb host the show while working out on stationary bikes as a way to encourage exercise among viewers. Seth Rogen, who drops by to promote 'The Green Hornet,' also climbs aboard a bike and similarly feels the burn.

However, Rogen's exercise machine seems a tad unstable at first. "There's a serious threat going on here," he said, while his bike's seat wobbles back and forth.

Eventually, Rogen gets situated and fields a question from Gifford on how he prepared for his superhero role. "I did exactly what you see right now for 14 hours a day for six years," he said, peddling with no hands.

Later, Brian Williams of NBC Nightly News makes a quick appearance and tortures Gifford and Kotb by eating a jelly donut while they exercise.

"I'm just stopping by to applaud your efforts," Williams said, with a full mouth. "You walk in the studio, you smell this combination of alcohol and sweat and a little Love's Baby Soft. It's nice."
