Frank Caliendo Brings Bush, Cheney, Pacino and More Impressions to 'The Tonight Show' (VIDEO)
Frank Caliendo doesn't even have to be doing a stand-up routine to break into his various impressions. On 'The Tonight Show' (Weeknights, 11:35PM on NBC), he started off telling a story about performing at the Congressional Dinner, but it got derailed almost immediately. While he didn't get the chance to do his famous George W. Bush impression for the President, he was able to perform it for Vice President Dick Cheney.
For Leno and his audience, Caliendo brought Bush and Cheney, along with random asides from his impressions of Al Pacino, Charles Barkley, Robin Williams and even Leno himself.
It was the same kind of frantic, scatter-brained interview we're used to with the real Robin Williams, except that Caliendo was slipping into and out of bits from all the different voices he knows.
He has an impressive roster of voices to tap into, but it was all the old standbys for 'The Tonight Show.' With Caliendo you can make a game out of trying to identify the impressions as he quickly slips from one to the next.
