Spoilers Anonymous In-Depth: 'Bones' and 'Modern Family' February Sweeps

Spoilers AnonymousThis is Spoilers Anonymous In-Depth, a weekly column here at TV Squad where we discuss and give our two cents about recently released spoilers and how they may affect the story lines, shows and fans.

This in-depth version of the column goes hand-in-hand with our weekly spoilers column, in which we supply you with the dirt on some of the more popular shows on the air.

This week, we discuss spoilers recently released for February Sweeps episodes of 'Bones' and 'Modern Family.'

'Bones'

In the first episode of February Sweeps, Cam loses confidence in her relationship with her doctor boyfriend (Elon Gold), but they both realize they need to make their relationship a priority. The official description for the Feb. 17 mentions that Cam wants to celebrate Valentine's Day with her boyfriend and the guest cast list confirms Gold is guest starring.

Isn't it about time that Cam gets some official lovin' and more background development? Since Dr. Lidner was introduced last season, we haven't heard much about him. Actually, can you even recall Cam being mentioned so far this season?

When Cam was introduced to the show, I was one of the many fans who went "Huh?" and who didn't welcome her with open arms. However, I have grown to appreciate Cam and actually enjoy her presence around the lab. But the series has given the character so little background that she wouldn't be that missed if she were to leave the show. Yes, we got tidbits here and there thanks to the Michelle storyline, but that's not enough. So every little piece of background info for the character is welcomed.

Perhaps the return of Dr. Lidner will also help us learn more about who Cam is, what she likes, etc. What would be icing on the cake is if Cam tells squint-of-the-week Clark about her relationship with Lidner, especially now that Clark is somewhat embracing office gossip!

The official press release for the Feb. 10 episode confirms at least one of the two rumored proposals: Sweets turns to Booth for advice about proposing to Daisy, and Booth makes a grand gesture to show Hannah his commitment to their relationship.

Sweets proposing to Daisy in a Valentine's Day–themed episode is not overly surprising. If she accepts, we can look forward to fun and wacky scenes in upcoming episodes as Daisy, who is already overly exited about anything and everything, prepares her wedding. It wouldn't be a surprise if she asks Brennan to be her maid of honor.

As for Booth grand gesture, I fear that he too may catch the proposal bug and propose to Hannah. Rumors on the web talk about two proposals, so that could be the second one. I don't hate Hannah that much, but I don't want her to stick around for very long. Even knowing that Booth and Hannah probably will not end up together in the end, I don't want them to make such a commitment as it will only delay even more the Booth-Brennan pairing.

'Modern Family'

In the Feb. 9 episode, Phil and Claire decide to revisit their Clive and Juliana role-playing rendezvous from last Valentine's Day.

Smooth talker Clive Bixby and sexy Juliana are back! Of course, what we remember most about Claire and Phil's role-playing was that Claire's coat got stuck in the escalator steps and that it was the only piece of clothing she was wearing at the time! Oops!

For sure, to our amusement, Clive and Juliana will more than likely make a few faux pas or two that will lead to awkward and wacky situations! The idea of having Claire and Phil try again to make their role-playing work is pure genius! Now what if Jay and Gloria also tried role-playing to spice up their lives?!

'Bones' airs Thursdays at 9PM ET on FOX.
'Modern Family' airs Wednesdays at 9PM ET on ABC.

this is the 3rd week I've turned the show totally off...not interested in being played anymore. NCIS is a lot more fun, and I still love all the Law and Order versions. If I hear on the net that Hannah is gone or, at least, going, I MAY tune back in, but maybe I'll be lucky and find something I like better. I don't have the interest to check in and see...have fun being manipulated *waves goodbye*

I like Hannah, I really do. Give her her own show, just get her away from Booth.

Booth isn't going to propose, he's going to break up with Hannah. Anyone who has seen the promo pictures from the episode can see that.

The writers are going to kill Hannah off (sniper anyone?)--right after Booth proposes and they are blissfully happy. This will add at least another year's roadblock to the Booth/Brennan romance while he recovers from a broken and heart and slowly realizes (at the end of next season) that he really loves Brennan...SIGH!

I don't think Hannah is the marrying type. She is more of a chase the story type. Settling down it's in her. I think Booth proposes and she says no. That splits them up and Brennan and Booth finally get together.
