Larsa Pippen Headlines 'Real Housewives of Miami' Cast, 'New York' On Hold Until Spring

Larsa PippenBravo is heating up this very cold winter with a trip to Florida for its newest reality series 'The Real Housewives of Miami' (Feb. 22 at 10PM). Larsa Pippen, the wife of NBA Hall of Famer Scottie Pippen, will headline the new cast.

According to Bravo, 'Miami' replaces 'Real Housewives of New York City' on the schedule. Jill, Alex, Sonja and the rest of the gang will be back in the spring.

The magazine revealed the full 'Miami' cast, which includes many basketball wives and a drag queen as a recurring cast member.

Texas-born Lea Black is a married mom of a 9-year-old son. She's super into charities and the wife of top criminal defense attorney Roy Black.

Marysol Patton, a divorcee and Miami native, runs her own public relations firm, the Patton Group. She loves to throw big bashes and spend time with Elsa, her mother, a "seer" who offers spiritual advice to others. In the promo below, Elsa can be seen more than once. Bravo is keen to point out that Marysol has a bedazzled iPhone and "hot female staff."

Alexia Echevarria, executive editor of Venue magazine, is a married mom of two. She's got her pulse on everything pop culture, fashion and entertainment in the Latin world.

Cristy Rice, former wife of NBA-er Glen Rice, owns a clothing store. Look for the show to follow her new life as a single mom.

Adriana DeMoura-Sidi, an art curator, is described as "fiery and flirtatious" and the subject of much gossip among the 'Housewives.'

Check out a video preview below.

No I WILL NOT watch The Miami Housewives. I think it's waaaaaaaaaaay more risque than it needs to be for Good television. I'm sure there are several more out there like me that can do without their "Bedroom Antics". I'll just wait for my "New York Housewives". There's other things to watch in that time space...even if it's reruns!
