Nothing can fire up a comedian better than a receptive audience. Larry the Cable Guy certainly had one on 'Late Night' (Weeknights, 12:37AM ET on NBC), but it wasn't just the studio audience. Almost right away he had both Jimmy Fallon and Samuel L. Jackson laughing so hard they might burst.

In one joke he talked about his nephew's birthday. Larry asked him what he wanted, and his nephew said he wanted incense. "And that night my cousin crawled into bed with him," Larry said matter-of-fact.

With this, Jackson fell over sideways on the couch. Thank goodness he wasn't on a chair or he might have fallen to the ground, he was laughing so hard. Fallon's head was down on his desk.

You know what it's like once you get to laughing like that. From that moment forward, almost everything you hear is hilarious, so Larry just laid into them by talking about how ugly his nephew's wife is.

"She took 'Best in Show' in her home state," he said. "And the dog took third."

He then directed his words toward Jackson. "My dog humped her leg and shut his eyeballs." It was simply too much, as the infectious laughter consumed the entire studio and Larry basked in his comedic success.
