Do You Know What 'Rocky Mountain Oysters' Are? Matt LeBlanc Explains (VIDEO)

Matt LeBlanc has owned a cattle ranch for about a decade. Craig Ferguson wondered what being a rancher entails, and LeBlanc was happy to provide a few details when he visited 'The Late Late Show' (weeknights, 12:37AM ET on CBS).

"You gotta brand 'em -- burn that thing on their butt -- and then you gotta cut their nuts off and put those on the barbecue and watch all the cowboys eat 'em," he explained. "Rocky Mountain oysters -- everybody's heard of that, right?"

The host proffered some kangaroo testicles he'd received from Carrie Fisher upon her return from Australia. Do the cowboys eat something like that? No, they are "about as big as that mug," LeBlanc said, referring to Ferguson's desktop snake mug. "They're a little bigger." Robot skeleton Geoff quipped from the side of the stage: "Are you as turned on as I am?"
