Big Red Scores a Touchdown on 'Puppy Bowl VII'! (VIDEO)

by Aimee Deeken, posted Feb 7th 2011 5:20AM
Touchdown on 'Puppy Bowl VII'Several of the players in 'Puppy Bowl VII' (Sun., 3PM ET on Animal Planet) got a little distracted, happy to just roughhouse with each other. That's OK: The cuteness factor goes a long way in this game. And two puppies did cooperate, competing for possession of the football toy and prompting a "two-pup tug-of-war."

Big Red -- an aptly named enormous puppy -- fumbled the toy but got it back and made it to the end zone. Puppy Touchdown! The hamsters (piloting a blimp above the action) and the chicken cheerleaders went wild. Time for the kitten halftime show?

We love the "Puppy Bowl". We've watched it every year. The puppies really warm your heart. It made
up for losing our won dog Cassie to old age. Dogs are really our greats friends. They comfort
and heal our hearts when sad. We will soon be getting another dog. Look forward to next
years "Puppy Bowl"

I thought Pauley, the smooth fox terrier, made the show, but then I'm predjudiced.

Isn't refreshing that there's something on that isn't violent or doesn't insult your intellengence or doen't make fun of someone? The ad for the show "Damages" should NEVER been put in the show, though. Another example of ad people NOT thinking what they're doing. They should know what kind of audience a show has,and not put such a piece of garbage in the middle.

Aren't they just the sweetest things? I love holding a little puppy and smelling that milky puppy breath. That is the best thing in the entire world!
