Janet Jackson Wants Justice for Michael's Death (VIDEO)

Justice is given to the ones who survived and not the ones who are responsible for their death. Once a person is gone, even though its Michael, this man will be given more rights defending his actions then the victims who are trying to fight for justice. Our criminal justice system is so backwards, victim has less rights and she will be in for a fight of her life, do to the system being geared towards the defendants. I have been trying to keep a man who killed the father of my two kids and ex husband in a mental institution for 12 years... each time he is given more and more freedom even though he doesn't know why he snapped...he kidnapped and assaulted his ex girlfriend, which my ex husband had just so happen to meet... they started dating and a week later he broke into her house, cutting the alarm first (premeditated) then shot both of them in the head as they slept. He had a violent history and been in prison before, but the court system is planning on releasing him

If you want to assign blame you should also look in the mirror, janet. Rarely does an addict continue to use without the people around him allowing it, if not encouraging it. Where were all the family members to tell him to stop? Where was the family intervention to send him to rehab? I know, he was too important to get treatment. He had too many important things to do. It seems like a lot of people were riding the gravy train with him and didn't want it to stop. Same as Elvis. The doctors get in a position where the person is using so much drugs that they need a certain amount every day to function, which is just a hair away from the amount that kills them. Addicts have multiple supply lines, so while a doc may know he's giving too much meds he may not know that the addict is actually taking even more. So the doc may be guilty of overprescribing but he didn't sit there and stuff pills down MJ's throat. It took a long time to get to that point and a lot of time for the people around him to watch it happen.

God doesn't find fault with Michael.

I understand your pain but you also have to realize that Michael was truely to blame first and for most, Michael was a huge drug addict with children. He is not above fault. The dr. who gave is also to blame -but Michael was first to blame.
