An Illicit Affair Threatens to Tear Apart Beverly and Sean's Marriage on 'Episodes' (VIDEO)

If you thought the final scene of last week's installment of 'Episodes' was shocking (Sun., 9:30PM ET on Showtime), then you must have been absolutely appalled at the final scene this week. It certainly took Sean's ill-conceived solo session to a whole new level.

In fact, the fallout of that singular action permeated this entire episode. We also finally came full-circle to the car accident that began the premiere episode of the series, the root cause of which is probably the most expected scenario. A British driver getting their countries mixed up and driving on the wrong side of the road.

With filming on the pilot coming to a close, and Beverly already at the edge of her frayed nerves over how their British series has been destroyed in this US adaptation, the last thing she needed was to think her husband was being unfaithful with one of their stars.

Don't worry, we're not talking about Matt LeBlanc. Unfortunately, he was Beverly's mistake.

First, she had to make several assumptions about how far Sean had gone with Morning Randolph. Especially since the porn masturbation was the limits of what he did do. So basically, she fabricated an entire affair out of that and refused to listen to anything he had to say.

She was so upset that she drove on the wrong side of the road, and thus hit Matt. You'd think this would be a good thing, as he's the star of her show so he would go easy on her.

Well, he did, but later he got a little rough with her. After she realized that it was Matt who pushed Sean toward Morning, she completely flipped her lid, and in an effort to subdue her, Matt wound up on top of her on his couch.

One thing led to another, and one impressive thing seemed to pique her curiosity, and suddenly Beverly made the poor decision that Sean did not allow himself to make. At least, not in person. Actually, it may have been more that he was misinterpreting Morning's behavior as coming onto him and couldn't have done anything even if he'd wanted to.

Regardless, Sean certainly fantasized about being with Morning while watching her online video, but is that as bad as what Beverly does here in actually sleeping with Matt?
