Jenni "JWoww" Farley of 'Jersey Shore' explains that her nickname stems from her oversized implants on 'Access Hollywood Live' (weekdays, syndicated).

Farley had her breasts enlarged as a 21st birthday present to herself. And, she has absolutely no regrets and recommends implants for anyone who desires them.

"I would do it every year if I had to. I would regret not doing them. I recommend them for anybody," she said.
